At Huntress Wines, I am on an unwavering journey that weaves together palate and place, terroir and tradition, while embracing innovative and modern techniques. It’s an exploration that speaks to the heart of the land and the untamed spirit within me. As a Huntress, I wear many hats - a skilled hunter, gardener, forager, and of course, passionate winemaker. I strive to create a profound connection between the earth where the vines are flourish and the essence of taste.

It is natural for me to connect closely with the produce sustained by the land I love, have grown or that is collected by my hands in the wild. I approach winemaking with the same care, crafting wines that resonate with my wild heart. My commitment to the whenua (land) is unwavering, a devotion that shines through in each drop of Huntress wine.
I promise to honour the land's intricate relationship with food security, and our whenua: kaitiakitanga. My mission at Huntress is to share with you wines that embody the strength, complexity, and enduring character found in the very earth they call home. These wines are a natural extension of who I am and a reflection of who I aspire to be.

Guided by the Māori principle of Kaitiakitanga, each bottle of Huntress Wine represent how we nurture both the land (whenua) and family (whānau) with unwavering aroha (love).
